What is the TennCare Diaper Program?

The TennCare Diaper Program is a free resource offered by the State of Tennessee to support families in need. Through TennCare and CoverKids, eligible families can access free diapers, reducing the financial burden of essential baby care items.

Who is Eligible?

To qualify for the TennCare Diaper Program, the following criteria must be met:

  • The child must be a TennCare or CoverKids member under 2 years of age.
  • If your child is a newborn without a card, you can use the mother’s pharmacy ID card or Social Security number.
  • The form must be completed by a legal guardian.

Eligible families can receive up to 100 diapers every 30 days or 200 diapers every 60 days for children under 2 years old. Please complete a separate form for each eligible child to get started.

Ready to join the program?

Fill out our simple online form to register for the TennCare Diaper Program. Once submitted, our team will verify your eligibility and notify you when your diapers are available for pick-up.

Pick Up Location and Instructions

Little Drug makes diaper pick-up easy and convenient:

  • Location: 510 S. Main St., Sweetwater, TN 37874
  • Instructions: You’ll receive a text or email notification when your diapers are ready. Please visit the pharmacy in person to collect your diapers.
  • Availability: Diaper brands may vary based on market availability.
  • Refills: To receive your next diaper refill, please complete the TennCare Diaper Program form with each request. Little Drug may reach out before your refill date to remind you to complete the form. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.
  • Free Delivery: Free delivery is available for eligible members living within 5 miles of the pharmacy. For deliveries beyond 5 miles, a $5 fee applies. To request delivery, please contact the pharmacy after completing the member's diaper request form.
